This is the second of my exclusive video posts for "The City," but it's my first reader poll.

The HTML gave me some problems at first, but I figured it out. Note to aspiring journalists: Take a web design class. I got my first writing gig at HBO, because I knew basic HTML and web design. That was 10 years ago. I can't imagine how necessary it is today in our multi-platform world for beginning journalists!
