Bravo has definitely been great at pumping up the conflict between the ladies on its "Real Housewives" franchise. The latest relationship to be showing some cracks? Usually BFF's Jill Zarin and Bethenny Frankel. While I originally took it as another temporary flare up between the two, it looks like there may be some real world gripes going on.
