If you haven't joined Twitter, you have to. I sound like a broken record. I know it's still cool to knock Twitter, but this is one good example. The celebs can really keep the media on their toes with their tweets. Almost every day, we get firsthand info from a celebrity that settles rumors (or at least gives us their side of things), announces new pilots, etc.
