Nicollette Sheridan's rep says Marc Cherry's behavior was 'abusive and appalling'
On Monday April 5, we reported that ABC issued a statement to Zap2it regarding Nicollette Sheridan's charges that "Desperate Housewives" exec producer Marc Cherry had attacked her.

"While we have yet to see the actual complaint," reads the ABC statement. "We investigated similar claims made by Ms. Sheridan last year and found them to be without merit."

Now, Sheridan's attorney, Mark Baute, has shot back in a statement to Zap2it.
