On October 17, the
Company of Angels (CoA) is throwing a bash celebrating its 50th anniversary season. To mark the occasion, the company is honoring Culture Clash, Robert Ellenstein and Leonard Nimoy, a founding member.
Get your tickets here. Company of Angels Theater was founded in 1959 as an artists' cooperative, and became a non-profit in 1975. As the first repertory company in L.A., Company of Angels provided a space for actors and other theater artists to work at their craft free of commercial constraints. You can check out LA Weekly's interview with Nimoy
