I was really happy I was able to write this article on petite model, Isobella Jade. When you're assigned to write about a show, you meet all kinds of fans. Some who love the show, and others who don't know they love the show. Isobella is the latter. She comments on the show, because as a petite model and shortie advocate, it's a good tool to get to girls who want to model before the scam artists do.

It was challenging, because she cursed a lot during the interview (She's a New Yorker and an adult, people!) and I learned the hard way that the L.A. Times doesn't put up with cursing of any kind.

I think the biggest development in this episode was Navid (played by Michael Steger) losing his virginity. Thank God, that's over with. Kinda unfortunate that it's buried in all the set-up in this episode.

I usually tease upcoming interviews on Facebook and Twitter by soliciting questions from fans. Typically, I get funny responses, such as when I asked for Matt Lanter questions and got, "Will he sit on my lap?" But when I teased my interview with 90210's Jessica Lowndes, I was shocked to see how many questions from both friends and strangers that came in. So, I decided to make it a fan piece.

BTW, when Jessica called, I was having terrible reception on my phone. I lost her twice. Thankfully, she was REALLY understanding and allowed me to call back when I found an AT&T-friendly place to chat.
